Good Clean not far from centre and Hakata Station. Price olso was good.

no breakfast. luckily there are convenience stores nearby and the hotel provides a microwave. overall the hotel entrance is quite confusing. but the hotel signboard can be seen from the main road which provides us some assurance to find the hotel since the locals are unable to converse english well. the hotel is an unmanned hotel (no receptionist), but the person in charge (via video call) is able to converse english well.

Property has most everything you need. Internet works, air-conditioned rooms. There is no staff on-site, so if you need extra towels or have any questions it can get a bit complicated. Great value for money. Location good as well.

Fully digitalized hotel, but easy to check in. You have to pay an extra fee of 200 yen per person per night at the location. Bed is kinda small, but the room with two beds is absolutely great. Good value for money.

it was conveniently located in a quiet area, we basically heard nothing during the night. everything was clean and the had some on demand movies. microwave downstairs. check in was easy and we could store our bikes.

Very nice and easy to find hotel. Easy check-in progress. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not too far from 7-11, family mart and lawson and about a 5 minute walk from nearest busstop. Maybe a 15 minute walk to Hakata port. Great!
